DELIVERY AND RETURN

ARTICLE 1- SELLER

ARTICLE 2- SUBJECT

The subject of this contract is the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Application Principles and Procedures of Distance Contracts, regarding the delivery and return of the product, the qualities and sales price of which are stated below, which the CONSUMER has ordered electronically from the "www.accuracydigital.com" website of the SELLER. It is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.

ARTICLE 3- THE PRODUCT SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

For the delivery and return of the products, the type and type, Quantity, Brand / Model, Color, Sale Price are as stated on the website.

ARTICLE 4- GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1- The CONSUMER declares on the SELLER website that he/she has read and learned the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery of the product/s that are the subject of the contract and gives the necessary confirmation in electronic environment.

4.2- The material product subject to the contract is delivered to the CONSUMER or the person/organization at the address indicated in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance of the CONSUMER's residence for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.

4.3- The virtual/software product subject to the contract can be used electronically for each product under the subscription opened on behalf of the CONSUMER on the SELLER's website, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period, or it is delivered as usable via the link specified in the CONSUMER's registered e-mail address. Physical shipping is not available for this product type.

4.4- The SELLER is responsible for the delivery of the virtual/software product subject to the contract in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, with the user manual/s, if any.

4.5- The signed copy of this contract has been delivered to the SELLER for the delivery of the product subject to the contract, or the CONSUMER's approval by the CONSUMER electronically through the SELLER website or electronically based on the confirmation e-mail sent to the CONSUMER's registered e-mail address and the cost of the CONSUMER It must be paid in the preferred method of payment. If, for any reason, the product price is not paid or canceled in the bank records, the SELLER is deemed to be relieved of its obligation to deliver the product.

4.6- Regarding the reason that the credit card of the CONSUMER is used unfairly or unlawfully by unauthorized persons after the delivery of the product, not due to the fault of the CONSUMER bank or if the financial institution does not pay the product price to the SELLER, it is obligatory for the CONSUMER to return the material product to the SELLER within 3 days, provided that it has been delivered to the SELLER. If the product is virtual/software, the SELLER has the right to immediately cancel the activation of the license key. In this case, the transportation costs for material products belong to the CONSUMER.

4.7- If the SELLER cannot deliver the product subject to the contract in due time due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as weather conditions that prevent transportation for material products, interruption of transportation, it is obliged to notify the CONSUMER. In this case, the CONSUMER may use one of the rights to cancel the order, replace the product subject to the contract with its precedent, if any, and/or postpone the delivery time until the obstacle is removed. In case the CONSUMER cancels the order, the amount paid is paid to him in cash and in full within 15 days.

4.8- Persons under the age of 18 cannot shop from the SELLER.

4.9- The SELLER is not responsible for price errors caused by typesetting and system errors.

4.10- The SELLER has the right to change and cancel the content, scope and features of all products sold on the website.

4.11- In case the order is fulfilled, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.

ARTICLE 5- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The CONSUMER has the right to withdraw within 7 days from the delivery of the product/s subject to the contract to himself or the person/organization at the address indicated, within 7 days, within the rules specified in Article 6 of this contract. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified by fax, e-mail or telephone within this period and the product must not be used within the framework of the provisions of Article 6. In case this right is exercised, it is obligatory to return the original invoice with a copy of the cargo delivery report stating that the material product delivered to the 3rd person or the CONSUMER has been sent to the SELLER. For material products following the receipt of these documents, the product price is paid to the CONSUMER within 15 days. The shipping cost of the material product returned due to the right of withdrawal is borne by the CONSUMER. Refunds cannot be made until the original invoice is submitted.

ARTICLE 6- PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE USED WITH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products, services, modules, disposable products, domain names, copyable software and programs, consumables, products that are perishable or expired, and products offered as services.

ARTICLE 7 – 7 DAY RETURN POLICY

In accordance with the 7-day return policy implemented by the SELLER within the campaign, the CUSTOMER system has the right to return. This 7-day return policy is not valid when the SELLER does not implement a return campaign. It only covers users who purchased during the campaign. If the CUSTOMER included in the campaign has purchased any of the music distribution packages free of charge from the SELLER, and wishes to use the right of 7-day return;

  • 2625₺ + VAT for Music Distribution Bronze Plan fee,

  • Music Distribution Silver Plan fee is 4250₺ + VAT,

  • Music Distribution Gold Plan fee is 5875₺ + VAT,

  • 5125₺+ VAT for the Music Distribution Diamond Plan fee,

  • 8.250₺ + VAT for Music Distribution Platinum Plan fee,

  • Music Distribution Titanium Plan fee is 12,375₺ + VAT,

The remaining amount is refunded to the customer within 7 days.

7 days return policy only MusicDistribution license covers usage. Additional services (including additional modules, services) purchased outside the license are not included in the return process. If one of the promotional or campaigned products is returned, the promotional conditions are eliminated. Websites that have used e-mail accounts and received visitors through advertisements or promotions are not included in the scope of returns.

For non-refundable product, a deduction will be applied from the non-promotional price. Details about our return policy are provided separately in the Sales contract.

ARTICLE 7- AUTHORIZED COURT FOR DELIVERY AND RETURN

In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the SELLER's settlement are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade for delivery and return.
